1. Age Restriction & Eligibility
By purchasing a digital subscription or utilizing our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from purchasing subscriptions or submitting requests through our system without parental guidance.
2. Personal Use & Anti-Sharing Policy (Strict Enforcement)
When you purchase a subscription parameter from MainoTV, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and strictly personal license to access the service.
- Single Device Restriction: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a custom multi-room package, each subscription is permitted to run on one (1) device at any given time.
- Account Sharing & Restreaming Prohibited: Sharing account lines, M3U playlist URLs, or Xtream API credentials with third parties, or attempting to restream/re-broadcast our signals, is strictly prohibited.
- Immediate Termination: MainoTV incorporates automated network tracking. In the event that account sharing, multiple simultaneous IP logins, or restreaming activity is detected, MainoTV reserves the full right to permanently suspend or terminate the subscription immediately, without prior notice, and without any obligation to issue a refund or compensation.
3. Custom Orders and Payments
All transactions are initiated externally via communication software (WhatsApp). Payment terms, methods, and options are discussed and finalized directly between the customer and our support team. Subscriptions are activated only after verified payment confirmation.
4. Modification of Terms
MainoTV reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use at any time to reflect technical adjustments or policy changes. Your continued use of the website and services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
